Meeting of Deccan Journalists Housing Society Representatives with Assembly Speaker
Hyderabad, August 05
A delegation from the Deccan Journalists Housing Society (DJHS), comprising President Bolloju Ravi, Vice President Maripala Srinivas, Directors Danda Ramakrishna, Dega Kumar, and Adviser Vikram Reddy, held a meeting with Assembly Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy in the Speaker’s Chamber at the Assembly on Saturday. During the meeting, the society representatives put forth a request to the Speaker for support in providing housing facilities to journalists.
Explaining the purpose of their newly formed society, the representatives elaborated on their vision to address the housing needs of journalists in the region. Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy attentively inquired about the objectives and operations of the Deccan Journalists Housing Society.
In response to the delegation’s request, the Speaker showed a positive inclination towards the cause of providing houses to journalists. Encouraged by the Speaker’s response, the DJHS representatives presented a petition seeking assistance in fulfilling their mission.
The meeting concluded with a hopeful outlook as the Deccan Journalists Housing Society awaits further developments in their pursuit of providing suitable housing options to journalists in the region.
