Hyderabad, February 5
PCC chief Revanth Reddy will take up the padayatra from Monday. After performing pooja at Medaram Sammakka Saralamma temple, the padayatra will be started from there. Revanth is undertaking this trip as a part of ‘Haath Se Haath Jodo’ campaign.
Revanth said that he is undertaking this trip in the spirit of YSR to oust the KCR government which is running a dictatorial regime in Telangana. He recalled that YSR started padayatra from Chevella in 2003 in united Andhra Pradesh and brought Congress to power by defeating TDP in 2004. He said that he is starting his padayatra from Medaram for the blessings of Sammakka Saralamma, who fought heroically against the Kakatiya kings.
Schedule of Revanth Padayatra
= On Monday at 8 am, he will leave his residence in Hyderabad.
= Mulugu will be reached via Warangal Highway.
=At 10 am special poojas at Gattamma and Saibaba temples in Mulugu
=At 11 am special pooja at Medaram Sammakka Saralamma
= Start of the yatra at 12 noon
=from Medaram to Kothur, Narlapur, Project Nagar
=Lunch break at Project Nagar from 2 pm to 2 30 pm
=Return yatra from Project Nagar at 2:30 pm
=4:30 pm to 5 pm tea break at Pasra village
= Corner meeting at Pasra Junction from 5 to 6 pm
=Back at 6 pm from Pasra and walk again
Revanth padayatra will reach Ramappa village at 8 pm

Revanth will cover 7 assembly constituencies under the Mahabubabad Parliament in the first phase of the padayatra. The trip will continue till February 22. After that, he will take a break for two days and attend the Congress plenary in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. After that, the second phace of the yatra will begin on February 24.
AICC Telangana in-charge Manik Rao Thackeray said that as part of ‘Hath Se Haath Jodo Abhiyan’, the aim of this trip is to cover all the villages of Telangana and deliver Rahul Gandhi’s message to every home.
