Harsha Bhogle, the renowned cricket commentator and alumnus, launched the ‘World is an Oyster’ Program aimed at mentoring students through alumni support. This initiative aligns with HPS’s commitment to fostering leadership and grooming future leaders.
The day witnessed another engaging panel discussion on ‘Intrapreneurship – Igniting Innovation in Established Businesses,’ featuring prominent HPS alumni and industry leaders. Post-panel discussions, entrepreneurs and leaders participated in speed networking sessions, providing startups with an opportunity to interact with global mentors. A Startup Pitch session showcased pitches from six alumni-led startups, with three securing funding totaling 4.9 crores from Alumni Investors.
The centenary celebrations continued with a display of supercars, including Lamborghini, Porsche, and BMWs, adding a touch of glamour to the event. Additionally, the HPS Learning Zone offered workshops on photography, music, and film-making, enriching the skills of interested participants.
The Centenary Celebration Book Reading segment witnessed over 80 students embracing diverse literary worlds, fostering a love for reading and cultural understanding. An Alumni Sports Reunion facilitated friendly competitions in various sports between alumni and students.
The day concluded with a Staff Reunion Gala Dinner featuring a live concert by Best Kept Secret, bringing a perfect end to the enchanting day of celebrations.
