Hyderabad, February 20 — Family members and fans bid a tearful farewell to actor and TDP leader Nandamuri Tarakaratna. Tarakaratna’s body was cremated at the Mahaprasthanam in Hyderabad on Monday evening. The last rites were completed by his father Mohankrishna. TDP leader Chandrababu Naidu, Naralokesh, MP Vijaya Sai Reddy, former Union Minister Purandeshwari, and many family members were present.
Celebrities Tribute at Film Chamber…
The body of Tarakaratna was moved to Film Chamber on Monday morning from the knees and kept for public viewing by fans. Ministers Talasani Srinivas Yadav, Errabelli Dayakar Rao, former Union Minister Purandeswari, former Minister Achchennaidu, MLA Chinthamaneni Prabhakar, actors Venkatesh, producers Suresh Babu and C Kalyan paid tributes to Tarakaratna. Prajashanthi Party President KA Paul paid tributes at Tarakaratna’s mortal remains and offered special prayers for the repose of Tarakaratna’s soul.
Final Journey
His mortal remains were carried from the Film Chamber to the Mahaprasthanam in Jubilee Hills in a Vaikuntha chariot. TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu, Balakrishna, and family members participated in the funeral procession in the Vaikuntharatham vehicle. People and fans gathered to bid farewell to Tarakaratna. After reaching the Mahaprasthan, Tarakaratna’s body was carried by members of the Nandamuri family, including Balakrishna.
Tarakaratna was mourned by his younger brothers Ramakrishna, Balakrishna, and other relatives. It was with heavy hearts that Tarakaratna was bid a final farewell. Chandrababu, MP Vijayasai Reddy, Balakrishna, Naralokesh, former ministers Narayana, Achchennaidu, family members, fans, and others participated in the Mahaprasthanam.
