Cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar, accompanied by his wife Anjali and daughter Sara, recently embarked on a memorable trip to Kashmir, sharing enchanting moments from their vacation and inviting the world to discover the beauty of this Indian gem.

In an Instagram post, Tendulkar shared a captivating video showcasing highlights from his Kashmir excursion, captioning it “Top moments from my Kashmir trip,” and concluding with the sentiment, “Kashmir was so beautiful it spun my head around.”

The video encapsulates various facets of their journey, including temple visits, interactions with local Kashmir willow bat manufacturers, savoring tea at local shops, relishing snowfall, and meeting with armless wrestler Amir Hussain Lone.

Reflecting on their experience, Tendulkar expressed gratitude for the warmth and hospitality extended by the people of Jammu and Kashmir, remarking that despite the snow-covered landscapes, their hearts felt warmed by the exceptional hospitality.

He echoed Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s sentiment about the wealth of sights to behold within India, emphasizing that Kashmir had left an indelible mark on their memories.

Tendulkar particularly lauded the craftsmanship behind Kashmir willow bats as a shining example of ‘Make in India’, endorsing the global appeal of these bats and encouraging others to explore the splendor of Jammu & Kashmir.

During his visit, Tendulkar also spent three days at the Gulmarg ski resort, relishing the pristine beauty of nature blanketed in fresh snowfall.

The cricket legend shared glimpses of his Kashmir escapade on social media, including a serene shikara ride with his family on the breathtaking Dal Lake.
