Appoints CP Radhakrishnan to Dual Role

President Droupadi Murmu has officially accepted the resignation of Tamilisai Soundararajan from her position as the Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry. This decision marks a significant transition in the leadership of the Union Territory.

In light of this development, CP Radhakrishnan, who currently serves as the Governor of Jharkhand, has been entrusted with additional responsibilities. Alongside his existing duties as Telangana Governor, he will now also assume the role of Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry.
