BRS Working President KTR Lashes Out at Revanth Reddy, Condemns Alleged Falsehoods
Hyderabad: BRS Party Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) has strongly criticized Revanth Reddy, accusing him of spreading blatant falsehoods. KTR remarked that even Joseph Goebbels, the infamous propagandist, would be ashamed of the lies propagated by Revanth and his government. He emphasized that the BRS has always understood and fought for the aspirations of the people of Telangana, in contrast to the Congress, which he claims cruelly suppressed these aspirations and was responsible for the deaths of thousands of young people.
KTR highlighted that since Revanth Reddy assumed the position of Chief Minister, citizens of Telangana have observed the alleged collusion between Congress and BJP to mortgage the state’s interests. He reiterated that the BRS, under the leadership of K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR), has consistently opposed the sale of coal blocks in Telangana and has never participated in any auctions. He accused Congress of betraying Telangana’s interests by participating in such auctions.

Despite the central BJP government auctioning Telangana’s coal blocks unilaterally, KTR noted that no mining has commenced due to the BRS’s strong opposition. The companies allocated these blocks have not made any progress, thanks to the BRS’s steadfast stance.
KTR also pointed out that the companies mentioned by Revanth secured mines in Takli, Jena, and Bellora in Maharashtra under the Congress-Shiv Sena government. He urged Revanth not to overlook this fact.

Accusing Congress and BJP of being partners in mortgaging Telangana’s rights and resources, KTR stated that the people of Telangana are aware of Congress’s failure to protect the state’s riparian rights. He claimed that Revanth’s cooperation with BJP exposes a plan to privatize Singareni.
KTR emphasized that the history of Telangana will not forgive Revanth Reddy, his deputy Bhatti Vikramarka, and central minister Kishan Reddy for their roles in auctioning the state’s coal mines. He asserted that the people of Telangana will teach a strong lesson to these national parties for their betrayal at the appropriate time.
