Tragic Incident: Child Succumbs to Injuries from Stray Dog Attack in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD – In Jawahar Nagar of Medchal District, a young boy named Vihan tragically lost his life following a brutal attack by stray dogs. The incident occurred while Vihan was playing outside his house when a group of dogs attacked him, dragging him a considerable distance and inflicting severe injuries. Shockingly, part of his brain was exposed due to the attack.

Locals who witnessed the attack managed to chase the dogs away and quickly informed his family. Vihan was immediately rushed to a local hospital and subsequently transferred to the emergency department of Gandhi Hospital for advanced treatment. Despite the efforts of the medical team, his condition deteriorated, and he succumbed to his injuries.

Residents of Jawahar Nagar have expressed deep concern over the rising problem of stray dogs in the area. The boy’s mother is devastated by the tragic loss of her child.

Municipal authorities are under scrutiny for their negligence in addressing the stray dog menace, which continues to pose a significant threat to the community.
