CM Revanth Reddy Meets AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge in New Delhi

New Delhi, February 11: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Tuesday paid a courtesy call on Mallikarjun Kharge, Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha and President of the All India Congress Committee (AICC), in the national capital.

The meeting was held in a cordial and constructive atmosphere, reflecting the close coordination between the Telangana leadership and the central party high command. During the interaction, the leaders discussed key political developments at both the state and national levels, along with matters of public importance concerning Telangana.

Sources indicated that issues relating to governance priorities, implementation of welfare schemes, organizational strengthening of the party in the state, and strategies for upcoming political engagements were part of the discussions. The Chief Minister is understood to have briefed the AICC President on the progress of various flagship initiatives being undertaken by the Telangana government.

Members of Parliament Dr. Mallu Ravi, Anil Kumar Yadav, and K. Raghuveer Reddy were also present during the meeting. The MPs reportedly shared their inputs on parliamentary affairs and issues pertaining to their respective constituencies.

The meeting assumes significance in the backdrop of evolving political dynamics at the national level, with the Congress party focusing on strengthening its position across states.
