Allocation of 12 All India Officers Transferred To The Regular Bench

On Friday, the Telangana High Court Division Bench comprising Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan and Justice N. TukaramJi heard on the dispute over the cadre allocation of 12 All India Service officers.

Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan opined that the Tribunal has passed separate Judgments. Each plea Will be heard separately.

Infact, all the bunch of petitions will be heard by a regular bench.
