Davos, January 21
The state of Telangana has completed its participation in the World Economic Forum 2023, held in Davos. Led by Telangana IT Minister KTR, a team of ten members attended the event, where they held 52 business meetings, six roundtable conferences, and two panel discussions. As a result of these efforts, Telangana has secured investments totaling Rs 21,000 crore and signed MoUs with major companies such as Microsoft and AirTel.
Minister KTR thanked his team and the IT Ministry’s Principal Secretary, Jayesh Rajan, for their support in Davos. This was the fifth visit of Minister KTR to the World Economic Forum, and his efforts to bring investments to the state have been successful in the past, according to the government.
