“MLC Kavitha Awaits Legal Advice on ED Notice Amid Allegations of Political Motivation”

Hyderabad September 14: MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha has responded to the ED notice, stating that it has been sent to BRS’s Legal Team for their counsel. She will make her decision on appearing before the ED once she receives their advice, which will serve as the basis for her decision tomorrow.

Kavitha has characterized the notice as politically motivated, citing similar incidents occurring in other states during elections. She attributes this development to the BJP, particularly in light of the ongoing assembly elections in Telangana.
