Utilizing state-of-the-art technology, Buildings 7 and 8 in the IT park, often referred to as G 4 buildings, were brought down in a controlled demolition operation executed by Edifice and Jet Demolition. Stringent precautions were taken throughout the process to ensure the safety of neighboring multi-storied structures within the IT Park. The decision to demolish these buildings was reportedly driven by technical issues. In response, the developer has ambitious plans to erect new structures in their place. The construction of these modern buildings is projected to span a period of approximately three to four years.
