Hamas Threatens Live Executions of Israeli Hostages in Response to Airstrikes
In a recent development, the official representative of the military wing of Hamas, Abu Ubaida, issued a dire warning to Israel. He stated, “In response to every strike without warning and bombed house by Israel, the group will execute one civilian prisoner.”
Hamas has declared their intention to carry out live televised executions of Israeli hostages in retaliation for every building bombarded in Gaza. This chilling announcement was made by Abu Ubaida, the spokesperson for the Military Wing of Hamas, also known as the Al-Qassam Brigades, during a broadcast on Al Jazeera.
Abu Ubaida justified this alarming response, saying, “We have decided to put an end to the fascist Zionist crime against our people.” He further stated, “Because the enemy does not comprehend the language of humanity and morals, we shall address him in the language he understands.”
This threatening escalation of violence raises concerns about the safety and well-being of civilian prisoners held by Hamas, as tensions continue to mount in the region. International leaders and organizations are closely monitoring the situation, calling for a peaceful resolution to the ongoing conflict.
