
“GVR Karate Academy Triumphs with 27 Medals at Karate Kiladi Series-1”

In a remarkable display of skill and determination, students from GVR Karate Academy clinched an impressive tally of 27 medals at the Karate Kiladi Series-1 held at Vijayabaskar Reddy Stadium, Kotla.
Amrita Reddy emerged as the Grand Champion in the Women’s category, securing not only this prestigious title but also an outstanding haul of 2 Gold Medals, 13 Silver Medals, and 12 Bronze Medals for the academy.

The triumphant students were honored at a special ceremony held at GVR Karate Academy, where they received accolades and schemes. The event was graced by G Ratnam, Principal of the Jail Department, Senior Advocate Ashok Anand Kumar, and Dr. GS Gopal Reddy, the Academy Director.
Addressing the gathering, Prison Department Principal Ratnam emphasized the importance of mastering martial arts at a young age, citing it as a pathway to bring glory to the state and country. He encouraged parents to prioritize offline games over online alternatives, believing that such sports would propel the youth to excel in various fields.
