Olectra Greentech Reports Robust Q4 and FY 2024-25 Results with 77% Surge in Annual Net Profit

Hyderabad, May 26, 2025: Olectra Greentech Limited (OGL), a leading electric vehicle manufacturer, announced its consolidated financial results for Q4 and the full year ended March 31, 2025, showcasing significant growth. The Board of Directors approved these results during its meeting today.

In Q4 FY 2024-25, Olectra delivered 219 electric vehicles, a 67% increase from 131 vehicles delivered in Q4 FY 2023-24. The company’s revenue for the quarter reached Rs 448.92 crore, reflecting a 55% rise, driven by higher deliveries. Olectra has now delivered a total of 2,718 electric vehicles, with an order book of 10,022 buses, indicating sustained demand.

The company’s EBITDA for Q4 FY 2024-25 stood at Rs 58.35 crore, up 36% from the previous year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) surged by 45% to Rs 29.25 crore from Rs 20.11 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) grew by 39% to Rs 20.69 crore from Rs 14.89 crore in Q4 FY 2023-24.

For the full year FY 2024-25, Olectra reported a revenue of Rs 1,801.9 crore, a 56% increase from the previous year. The annual EBITDA rose by 49% to Rs 276.32 crore. PBT soared by 78% to Rs 187.88 crore from Rs 105.78 crore, and PAT increased by 77% to Rs 139.21 crore from Rs 78.65 crore in FY 2023-24. The Earnings Per Share (EPS) for FY 2024-25 was Rs 16.92, compared to Rs 9.36 in the previous year.
