Hyderabad April 17:

The weather in Hyderabad took a sudden turn as the sky became cloudy, and the sun disappeared in the middle of the afternoon. Thick clouds covered the entire city of Hyderabad, providing a much-needed break from the scorching sun that had been shining for the past few days. The locals are delighted with the sudden cooling of the weather and the relief from the heat.

However, the intensity of the sun is increasing day by day across the state, causing people to become restless and eager to escape the oppressive heat. The Meteorological Department has warned of a rise in temperatures by more than 2 degrees, reaching close to 45 degrees in some districts. The rising temperatures are causing heatstroke, and some people have lost their lives.

The officials from the Meteorological Department have stated that this year’s changed weather conditions have resulted in rainfall, providing much-needed relief from the heat. However, in many cities, the main centers and roads are still crowded, and the roads steam at noon. The officials have predicted that the hot weather will continue for another three days. Meanwhile, a hailstorm has lashed many parts of the city, including Champapet, Malakpet, Saidabad, Chadarghat, Koti, Narayanguda,Himayathnagar, Basheerbagh, Lakdikapool, Khairathabad, punjagutta, Jiblihills, Charminar, and Bahadurpura, with the Telangana High Court also being affected.
