Hyderabad, May 06: Telangana Government takes measures to ensure the safety of its students and people in Manipur amidst the recent law and order situation. A special cell has been set up to monitor the situation and safeguard the interests of Telangana residents. Around 250 Telangana students studying in Imphal and nearby areas will be airlifted to Hyderabad through a special flight arranged on May 7, 2023. The Chief Secretary of Telangana has contacted his counterpart in Manipur to facilitate the safe transit of Telangana students. The Director General of Police and Chief Secretary of Telangana are in close contact with the Manipur state government officials to ensure the safety of Telangana students and people in the state
