Pooran showcased his blazing form, smashing an unbeaten 44 off just 13 balls, while Stoinis contributed 40 runs off 25 deliveries. The turning point came in the 16th over when Stoinis and Pooran hammered 31 runs off Abhishek Sharma, shifting the momentum in favor of Lucknow.
Despite some disciplined bowling by Hyderabad, Mankad and Stoinis managed to find the boundaries at crucial moments. Mankad unleashed his big shots after the timeout, hitting sixes and fours, while Stoinis showcased his power by hitting towering sixes. Lucknow reached the target with four balls to spare, ending their three-game winless streak.
Earlier, Sunrisers Hyderabad posted a challenging total of 182/6, with Heinrich Klaasen top-scoring with 47 runs and Abdul Samad contributing an unbeaten 37 off just 21 balls. Krunal Pandya was the standout bowler for Lucknow, taking 2-24.
With this victory, Lucknow Super Giants now occupy the fourth spot in the points table with 13 points, while Sunrisers Hyderabad face a tricky situation in their quest for a playoff berth.
