McKinney, Texas – Lahari Pathivada, a 25-year-old Indian-American woman, was tragically found dead on May 13th in Oklahoma, 322 miles away from her home in Mc Kinney, Collins County, Texas. Her body was discovered a day after she went missing while on her way to work.

The incident unfolded when Pathivada, a resident of Mc Kinney, failed to return home after her shift on May 12th, prompting concern from her family. It was reported that she was last seen driving a black Toyota in the vicinity of El Dorado Parkway and Hardin Boulevard, located in a Dallas suburb. Distressed by her absence, her family and friends used her phone’s tracking feature, which revealed that it was located in Oklahoma. Law enforcement authorities were promptly alerted.

The news of Pathivada’s disappearance was brought to light through the efforts of the WOW community group in Texas, which actively shared the information across social media platforms. According to Pathivada’s Facebook page, she had been employed at the Overland Park Regional Medical Centre. She was a graduate of the University of Kansas and had previously attended Blue Valley West High School.
