Hyderabad, August 17
Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) is witnessing a surge in demand for its Mokila layout plots, driven by the strategic significance of the Shankar Palli Mandal and Mokila area in Hyderabad.
HMDA is in the process of developing an extensive residential layout, encompassing 1,321 plots spread across approximately 165 acres of land.
Responding to the heightened interest in Mokila plots, HMDA has scheduled an online auction for the sale of 300 plots in the second phase.

In an unexpected turn of events, the pre-bid meeting organized by HMDA in the Mokila Layout area garnered significant attention.
The pre-bid meeting, conducted under the guidance of HMDA Secretary P. Chandraya, was attended by notable officials including HMDA Chief Information Officer (CIO) SK Meera, Chief Planning Officer (CPO) Ravinder Reddy, Superintendent Engineer Paranjyoti, Site Executive Engineer Apparao, Chevella Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) Sairam, and Shankar Palli Mandal Tehsildar Surendra. The event saw the participation of various HMDA officials and employees.
During the meeting, Anurag, the representative of MSTC, a central public sector organization, delivered a detailed presentation explaining the process of participating in the upcoming auction.

HMDS Secretary Chandraiah and Chief Planning Officer Ravinder Reddy emphasized the significance of the Mokila HMDA layout. Chief Planning Officer Ravinder Reddy also addressed the queries and concerns of the interested parties, providing clarity on various aspects of the project.
