
Brave Hyderabad Policemen Rescue Family from Apartment Fire
Hyderabad, Dec 22: In a daring act of heroism, three policemen in Hyderabad rescued a family trapped in a fire that erupted in an apartment building on Friday. The incident took place in the Panjagutta area, situated in the heart of the city.
Traffic police constable Shravan Kumar, displaying exceptional courage, risked his own life to save a family of five stuck in the penthouse of a six-story building. Television footage captured the constable, with the assistance of others, breaking open a door amid billowing smoke. Despite the hazardous conditions, he can be heard urging the occupants to evacuate.
Constables Dasaratharam Reddy and Satyanarayana also actively participated in the successful rescue operation, ensuring the safety of the trapped family.
Fortunately, no casualties were reported, and a fire tender promptly arrived at the scene to extinguish the blaze. Initial investigations point to a short circuit as the likely cause of the fire.

The exemplary bravery and quick response of these Hyderabad constables have not only averted a potential tragedy but also showcased the dedication of law enforcement in ensuring public safety.
