Bollywood icon Aamir Khan, last seen in ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, recently visited Faridabad to offer condolences to the bereaved family of late ‘Dangal’ actress Suhani Bhatnagar.
Suhani tragically lost her battle with dermatomyositis, a rare inflammatory disease. Aamir extended his sympathies to the grieving family during his visit.
A photo from Aamir’s visit has surfaced online, capturing the actor alongside Suhani’s parents and other relatives, standing beside her framed portrait.
In the critically acclaimed film ‘Dangal’ (2016), Suhani portrayed the role of Aamir’s on-screen daughter, Babita Phogat, while Aamir essayed the character of Mahavir Singh Phogat.
In response to Suhani’s passing, Aamir Khan’s production house issued a statement expressing profound sorrow.
The statement conveyed: “We are deeply saddened by the news of Suhani’s passing. Our heartfelt condolences go out to her mother, Poojaji, and the entire family. Suhani was an incredibly talented young woman and an integral part of the ‘Dangal’ team. She will forever remain a shining star in our hearts. May she rest in peace.”
