K.T. Rama Rao, the Minister for IT, Industries, and Municipal Administration and Urban Development, has made an exciting announcement regarding TechnipFMC, a prominent French American Oil and Gas company. Hyderabad has been chosen as a key hub for their software Global Delivery Center and Precision Engineering Manufacturing Facility. This development is set to create a substantial number of jobs, with 2,500 positions in engineering and 1,000 positions in the manufacturing facility.
The investment by TechnipFMC exceeds $150 million (approximately Rs. 1,250 crores), and the export value is estimated to be around $650 million (approximately Rs. 5,400 crores). This remarkable investment is not only a significant boost to the city of Hyderabad but also a testament to its tremendous potential.
