New Delhi, July 31: MI New York showcased outstanding performances to claim victory in the inaugural Major League Cricket (MLC) held at the Grand Prairie Stadium in Texas. The team, donning blue and gold, delivered a stellar performance in the final, securing the championship title.
Team owner Nita M. Ambani was present on the sidelines during the final match, fervently supporting her team, as she always does. Major League Cricket is the United States’ T20 cricket league, and its debut season commenced on July 13, culminating in a thrilling final where MI New York defeated Seattle Orcas.
Speaking about the historic event, Nita Ambani expressed her excitement about the vibrant atmosphere at the final. She hailed the significance of the tournament, which witnessed some of the world’s finest cricket players in action. Ambani emphasized that MLC is a monumental stride in the growth and development of cricket in the region.
